It is possible to set up a system that you can easily follow by moving your IMS System to Google Drive.
You can access the Management System examples I created on Google Drive using the links I shared.
When starting to examine the system, you can start from the Annex.0 Manual or the LST.0 Document Tracking List, which are also assigned guiding links. The Manual describes the system in detail and provides direct access to the processes.
Tracking information of all documents, such as name, number, revision, is pulled directly from LST.0. This prevents errors such as using outdated documents or duplicate documents.
SRC: Processes are described with flowcharts that include inputs and outputs, starting and ending points, custodians and connections. For each of the processes, links to relevant resources (forms, lists, attachments, diagrams, etc.) are defined with green arrows.
FR: In the forms, just click on the save button after filling out the relevant form, and the information you saved will be transferred directly to the data tab on the side. This helps in data collection and data evaluation. In addition, the conditions and formats used in the forms prevent the collection of information in incorrect formats and guide the user for correct use. Additionally, manual data entry into the data section allows a system managed with both printed and online documents to be used simultaneously.
LST: Documents that require constant follow-up are arranged as a list and necessary conditions are defined to facilitate follow-up. Within these conditions, data evaluation, time warning, performance warning, etc. Conditions such as these can be given as examples.
With the abbreviation PRJ: you will reach the tracking table of a project, which also allows tracking the information of a project from beginning to end with its format and assigned rules.
In short, this single document can allow you to implement and monitor your entire system with its contents.
By improving the system, you can also manage who can access what information and how much by defining multiple users and user permissions.

You can check out the link below for an example of a management system prepared using Google Form features. Responses to forms are automatically transferred to the relevant form response in the form data section. These data can also be used as a direct evaluation method by assigning relevant conditions and formulas.
